All prices shown on the Website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, where applicable, are inclusive or exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) as indicated at the point of sale. Quotations issued by AL HURAIN BMT are valid for the period stated in the quotation, or for 14 days where no period is stated, and are subject to stock availability. 5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates and to other locations as agreed. Delivery timeframes and charges are confirmed at checkout or in your quotation and are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect Products on receipt and notify us of any shortage, damage, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Certain items, including special-order, custom, or clearance products, may be non-returnable except where they are faulty.
7. Product Warranties
